Industry
Purchasing: directly associated with the various phases of product development.
Our buyers are responsible for the panel of suppliers from sourcing to the final negotiation.
The purchasing division manages various portfolios (plastics, electronics, electromechanics …).
Methods:
Our Methods Technicians and Engineers take over for Development designers.
After the qualification of the processes and products defined beforehand.
They then lead all upgrades guaranteeing optimization.
Maintenance:
Our Maintenance Technicians guarantee the permanent availability of our equipment.
Their action is essentially centered on prevention.
Their competence in mechanics, pneumatics and automatic functioning.
Allows them to actively participate in the development of projects or modification of methods.
Production:
Production is organized into 4 Production Units and subdivided into blocks of approximately 30 operators each.
This structure is led by the Production Unit leaders and the Production Block leaders.
Each unit has dedicated teams of Quality Production Technicians and Line Technicians.
Assuring equipment maintenance for the Unit and organization agents.
Logistics:
Logistics interfaces between Production, distribution subsidiaries and our clients.
This division receives, packages and ships our products in the entire world.
Product Labeling Agents, Shipping Agents, Suppliers, Logistics Assistants, Logistics Managers.
They all work together for our platform’s performance.
Industrial Coordination:
We are constantly improving the efficiency of our industrial sites and maximizing synergies.
For this, we have put an internal industrial performance reference, the SPS (Somfy Production System),
Led by a multidisciplinary and multicultural team of technicians and engineers.
